Today is the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Happy birthday, Mama Mary! You’re one of the greatest gifts God has given to us!
I finally got to Confession this morning–yay! I’m back on track! I can receive Communion!
Now if I can just get back into the swing of things at my job…

Read your post about confession, and had a similar experience myself at the weekend. Ended up driving to a local church to get confession and it appeared that no one was taking it. In the end asked the priest and received absolution. Wonderful experience and you are right, mortal sin is not worth it!
